Acnowledgement of key dates and conditions of entry

I have read the entry conditions as outlined in the Merri-bek Summer Show application pack and agree to abide by them.

I understand that inclusion in the exhibition is subject to a selection process.

I have checked that the personal and artwork details included on this form are correct.

I give permission to the Counihan Gallery to reproduce the artworks that I have submitted for publicity, advertising or archival purposes.

If you are accepted into the exhibition, you must deliver your completed work to the Counihan Gallery between 11am and 6pm, Wednesday 28 October or Thursday 29 October 2026.

At the end of the exhibition, you are required to collect your artwork from the Counihan Gallery between 11am and 5pm on Friday 18 December, or between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 19 December 2026.

If you can’t collect your work on these days, please arrange for someone to collect your work on your behalf.
